4. You must sign the real estate Performance Pledge of quality service including the Real Estate Agent Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
5. There is no cost to represent a city or area to be the agent listed in the 40percentreferral.com directory.

7. There are no requirements or fees for the real estate agent/broker placing the outbound referral, but you must be an active licensed real estate agent/broker in good standing.
